Any property or businesses requested to be brokered must have a estimated worth of 250,000 USD or more. We do -NOT- deal with items with no track record. This means if your property has no current revenue it does not fit our requirements. Minimum monthly revenue is 10 Thousand USD with 1 year of proven history.
